A comprehensive course in Bakery and Confectionery, the three modules offered in this course take you on a journey from basic bakery to creative confectionery.

Course Structure
The course spans 3 months, covering over 60 recipes from different countries.
Its uniqueness lies in the hands-on experience it offers to the student to excel in the different avenues of this exciting world of baking.
Participants can enroll for all 3 modules sequentially or select any one or two modules of their choice.
Small class sizes for each module ensure that individual attention is given to every participant.
Being a hobby course; it is open to boys, girls and housewives.
This three-month programme is divided into 3 modules of one month each covering:
Basic, Intermediate and Advanced aspects of bakery and confectionery.
In addition to classroom theory and practicals in the bakery, students
are taken on field trips, given work assignments and exposed to
practical demonstrations from experts in the field.
The main objective of this programme is to prepare students who have a
love for baking, for advancement in the field of pastry arts.
Over the three modules, some of the confectionery items students learn to prepare are:
A variety of breads, buns & rolls, muffins, cookies, a large variety of cakes, tarts, pies and pastries.

This course is open to all interested candidates
